This role involves leading go-to-market enablement programs for Samsara's IoT product solutions, supporting sales teams with training and resources to drive revenue and customer success across various industries, in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market enablement programs for Samsara's product solutions, focusing on competitors, industries, and buyer personas.
Support change management initiatives to increase sales productivity throughout the sales cycle.
Develop and maintain end-to-end solution-based training strategies and enablement materials, including instructor-led training and sales resources.
Manage stakeholder relationships across sales, product, marketing, and strategy teams to facilitate product and feature rollouts.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of GTM enablement experience for a multi product technology company.
Established expertise customizing enablement strategies for industry verticals with an emphasis on company differentiation.
Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining sales-facing enablement resources.
Track record of stakeholder management across sales, product, product marketing, marketing, and sales strategy to drive effective product and feature rollouts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
Background in sales, customer success, or product marketing.
Direct experience with Lessonly LMS, Showpad CMS, and/or Jira Project Management.
Ability to create and translate learning content in multiple languages including English, French, and Spanish.
