Job Description
This role involves leading go-to-market enablement programs for Samsara's IoT product solutions, supporting sales teams with training and resources to drive revenue and customer success across various industries, in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market enablement programs for Samsara's product solutions, focusing on competitors, industries, and buyer personas.
- Support change management initiatives to increase sales productivity throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end solution-based training strategies and enablement materials, including instructor-led training and sales resources.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across sales, product, marketing, and strategy teams to facilitate product and feature rollouts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of GTM enablement experience for a multi product technology company.
- Established expertise customizing enablement strategies for industry verticals with an emphasis on company differentiation.
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining sales-facing enablement resources.
- Track record of stakeholder management across sales, product, product marketing, marketing, and sales strategy to drive effective product and feature rollouts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
- Background in sales, customer success, or product marketing.
- Direct experience with Lessonly LMS, Showpad CMS, and/or Jira Project Management.
- Ability to create and translate learning content in multiple languages including English, French, and Spanish.
