Job Description
The role involves full-cycle recruiting to build and maintain a diverse pipeline of top talent across various teams at Samsara, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support the company's growth and mission to digitize physical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various teams and roles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate interview and offer processes.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high-volume periods while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the recruiting process.
- Tailor communication to different audiences and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Advise on structured and inclusive interview processes to mitigate bias.
- Track and report pipeline data, maintaining accurate records in recruiting tools.
- Promote and embody the company's cultural principles and diversity initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Mexico and legally authorized to work in the country.
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Proven strategic sourcing skills.
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
- Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
- Previous tech experience preferred.
- Unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
