Job Description

A dynamic sales role focused on bringing IoT solutions to mid-sized customers across various industries, involving building relationships, managing complex sales processes, and closing deals to help improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential mid-sized customers to expand the sales pipeline
  • Engage with prospects through cold calling and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Learn and understand customer businesses to tailor sales approaches
  • Manage the sales process including conducting proof of concepts, managing trials, and negotiating pricing
  • Close new deals with annual revenue greater than $10,000
  • Collaborate with team members and continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Experience independently closing new deals larger than 10,000 CAD in annual revenue.
  • Must be located in Canada.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience selling in the midmarket space with medium to large deal sizes.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process.
  • Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce.com).
