Job Description

This role involves engaging mid-sized customers to sell IoT solutions that improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability across various industries, through full-cycle sales activities including prospecting, managing trials, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on strategic account mapping and outbound prospecting
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to remove deal blockers
  • Build genuine relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Experience independently closing new deals larger than 10,000 in annual revenue.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience selling in the midmarket space with medium to large deal sizes.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn about businesses where prior knowledge is limited.
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with customers and earn their trust.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Willingness to put in the work required to learn about new industries and businesses.
  • Ability to work on strategic account mapping and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience managing customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to remove deal blockers.
  • Willingness to adopt a growth mindset and be collaborative with teammates in the selling process.
  • Ability to focus on customer success and build for the long term.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and share best practices.
