Job Description

A sales role focused on bringing Samsara's IoT solutions to mid-sized customers in France, involving prospecting, managing customer engagements, and closing complex deals to help improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers within the France region to expand Samsara's business.
  • Manage end-to-end customer engagements, including prospecting, qualification, and closing sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, and deal desk to facilitate deal progression.
  • Develop expertise in Samsara's products and sales methodologies to effectively sell solutions.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to promote the Samsara brand and connect with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Track record of strong quota achievement, particularly in new business.
  • Experience independently closing new deals larger than 10k in ARR.
  • Native-level French language skills, having worked the France region.
  • Experience with high-volume multi-channel prospecting, confident in self-generated pipeline generation.
  • Experience selling in the mid-market space with medium to large deal sizes is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset, willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in your selling process.
  • Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce) and MEDDIC sales methodology is preferred.
  • Experience working with Industrial or Blue collar personas is preferred.
