Job Description
A sales role focused on bringing Samsara's IoT solutions to mid-sized customers in the Benelux region, involving prospecting, managing customer engagements, and closing deals to help improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Samsara's business within the Benelux region by acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.
- Manage end-to-end customer engagements, including prospecting, qualification, and closing sales deals.
- Conduct strategic account mapping and outbound prospecting to grow the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, and deal desk to facilitate deal closures.
- Become a product expert and adopt Samsara's sales methodologies to effectively sell hardware, software, cloud, and AI solutions.
- Represent Samsara at trade shows and events to promote the brand and connect with prospective customers and partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
- Experience independently closing new deals larger than 10k in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills.
- Fully fluent in Dutch language.
- Experience selling in the Mid-Market space with medium to large deal sizes.
- Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology.
