Job Description
A Marketing Operations role focused on developing and optimizing processes, systems, and strategies to support Samsara's expansion in Mexico, including lead management, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting go-to-market initiatives in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, iterate, and improve systems and processes related to lead ingestion, routing, channel setup, reporting, and data enrichment.
- Develop and support marketing initiatives and projects across Mexico, collaborating with regional teams.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize inbound lead generation and performance.
- Analyze marketing lead and pipeline performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects that enhance business performance.
- Support the integration and understanding of Salesforce objects and related data relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Consulting, Growth, or a similar role with analytical rigor.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, a curious nature, and entrepreneurialism.
- Experience supporting B2B Go-to-Market functions in the Mexico market.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams familiar with sales funnels, conversion metrics, etc.
- Technical degree or relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Tableau, Splash, Databricks (preferred).
- Experience in either the tech or logistics industries (preferred).
- Experience writing scripts, SQL, Python, etc. (preferred).
- Ability to support ad-hoc projects and support the delivery of marketing efforts across Mexico.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally to identify and solve major business problems.
- Ability to analyze marketing lead and pipeline performance to identify improvement opportunities and execute cross-functional projects.
- Experience supporting inbound lead generation efforts and performance optimization.
- Ability to employ emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to provide clarity and escalate challenges to appropriate teams.
- Experience supporting or working with Salesforce Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Activities, and Opportunity objects.
