Job Description
This role involves developing and managing strategic enterprise accounts through complex, solution-based sales processes, building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for Samsara's IoT platform across various industries, primarily targeting large prospective clients in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop executive-level relationships within strategic accounts
- Manage customer engagements from prospecting to closing
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to identify potential clients
- Learn and understand complex business operations across various industries
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers to foster trust
- Demonstrate a solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
- Focus on customer success and long-term account growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and 500k ARR transactions.
- Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships.
- Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Mexico citizen.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
