Job Description

This role involves managing inventory lifecycle processes, coordinating with third-party warehouses, and ensuring operational efficiency through system integration and communication. The position requires strategic thinking, system expertise, and collaboration to optimize supply chain operations in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international third-party warehouse operations, including cycle counts, obsolete stock management, returns, inventory accuracy, and 3PL performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of inventory transactions with 99% accuracy within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with warehouse partners to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between the company and 3PL providers to address order expeditions and shipment issues.
  • Provide training and support to 3PL partners to improve operational standards.
  • Work with internal and external teams to identify and resolve operational issues, fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High Level understanding of Inventory lifecycle process and ability to understand high level concepts to the transactional details.
  • Manage domestic and international third party warehouses responsibilities including but not limited to Cycle counts, obsolete stock management, returns, inventory accuracy, and 3PL performance.
  • Ability to work seamlessly within different Business systems which can include but not limited to Netsuite, Salesforce, E2open, and 3rd party WMS systems.
  • Responsible for completion of inventory related transactions within 24 hours with an accuracy of 99%.
  • Experience of 5 years in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or warehouse operations, specifically within a B2B 3PL environment.
  • Understanding of AI and how to apply it to forecasting, safety stock, auditing, predictive inventory levels, etc.
  • International experience including but not limited to Mexico, Canada, UK, Netherlands, SE Asia.
  • Moderate expertise in Excel or similar applications.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with the knack for thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in automation and systems integration (highly desirable).
  • Willingness to occasionally align with different time zones for global team collaboration.
  • Netsuite administration certifications (preferred).
  • Supply chain and operations certifications such as Six Sigma, Apics, etc. (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
