Job Description
A Sales Operations Analyst at Samsara supports the enterprise sales team by managing account and opportunity processes, resolving sales challenges, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools, all to drive business growth and customer success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the sales organization, including account and opportunity management
- Resolve time-sensitive sales issues to facilitate deal closure
- Enforce sales processes and policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales deals and implement initiatives
- Administer and support sales tools, including Salesforce
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of previous Sales Support or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working under time pressure and in ambiguous situations
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the workplace environment
- Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
