Job Description
The role involves managing the deployment and implementation of Samsara's IoT platform for customers, ensuring successful adoption, providing training, and supporting customer success to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability in various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment of Samsara IoT technology to customers to ensure quick time to value.
- Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
- Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
- Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara's technology to customers and users.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise, Strategic, or Senior Implementation Consultant roles, Delivery Manager, Deployment Specialist, Engagement Manager, Senior Consultant, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong spoken and written language skills for working with multiple teams and publishing documentation.
- Strong priority management skills and high emotional intelligence to handle a demanding position with high internal visibility.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users of the software.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Candidate must be based in Mexico or willing to relocate to Mexico.
- Strong bias for action, ability to think big, and insistence on high standards (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment.
- Experience working with different countries of the LATAM regions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working in Tech Touch Engagements (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience using Customer Success Platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
