Job Description
This role involves managing the deployment and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions for large-scale enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation, driving product usage, and building strong customer relationships to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations with IoT platform
- Manage deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale customers to achieve quick value realization
- Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage
- Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to various users
- Handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally
- Deeply understand and explain Samsara platform capabilities to customers
- Build and maintain trust with stakeholders, including executives and end-users
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, Product and Engineering senior management, and day-to-day users of software.
- Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
- Strong bias for action, the ability to think big, with insistence on high standards (preferred).
- Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS (preferred).
- This position requires supporting or working with technical products.
- This role is on-site, requiring the candidate to be able to work in the specified geographic location or be willing to work on-site as needed.
