Job Description
This role involves managing the deployment and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions for large-scale enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation, driving product usage, and building strong customer relationships to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer adoption of Samsara's IoT platform to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations
- Manage deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale customers to achieve quick time to value
- Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage and engagement
- Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrate Samsara's technology to various user levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience during deployment
- Deeply understand and explain the capabilities of the Samsara platform to customers
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence to handle a demanding position with high internal visibility.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, Product and Engineering senior management, and day-to-day users of software.
- Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Strong bias for action, the ability to think big, with insistence on high standards.
- Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS.
- Ability to support or deploy solutions for large-scale customers, including creating launch plans, managing deployment, and increasing product usage.
- Ability to track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
- Experience running training sessions, demonstrating technology, and working through obstacles with both executives and day-to-day users.
- Excellent communication skills to explain platform capabilities to customers of all types.
- Ability to juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
