Job Description
A strategic and analytical leadership role responsible for developing and executing Samsara's global paid media campaigns across various digital channels to drive pipeline growth, revenue, and customer engagement, while managing a team of channel experts and collaborating cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition and expansion strategies across search, paid social, and ABM platforms.
- Define channel objectives, budget allocation, and ROI targets aligned with company growth goals.
- Develop a full-funnel marketing approach to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and account expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align targeting, messaging, and lead flow.
- Build and manage a team of channel specialists and vendors.
- Implement experimentation frameworks for creative testing, bidding, and audience segmentation.
- Lead analytics and measurement efforts to connect paid media investments to pipeline, ARR, and ROI metrics.
- Evaluate new channels and technologies to expand reach and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing with at least 5 years in people management.
- Proven experience owning paid media strategy and execution across search, paid social, and ABM in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Track record of achieving pipeline, ROI, and CAC efficiency targets at scale.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, able to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Deep platform expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and ABM platforms such as 6sense or RollWorks.
- Experience managing vendors, large media budgets, and multi-region campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in global or multi-segment B2B campaigns including Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
- Familiarity with intent signal providers, AI-powered optimization tools, and creative testing platforms.
- Comfort with BI tools such as Tableau or Mixpanel to analyze channel performance.
