Job Description
The Digital Experience Specialist at Samsara is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing web content and digital platforms to enhance user engagement, improve customer journeys, and support marketing and business objectives through a combination of creative, technical, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support web strategy and site evolution to enhance user experience and achieve business goals
- Create, manage, and optimize web content including landing pages and campaign assets
- Collaborate on UX improvements, wireframing, and page layout design using tools like Figma
- Apply customer journey insights to improve web experiences and increase conversions
- Conduct QA testing to ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and responsiveness across devices
- Troubleshoot front-end issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
- Support SEO, localization, and performance measurement efforts in collaboration with relevant teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a web production, digital strategy, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience creating web page layouts in Figma.
- Ability to apply principles of UX and responsive design to page layouts.
- Ability to manage multiple website requests in a fast-paced environment with evolving business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A clear drive to leverage AI for better productivity and workload management.
- Experience and/or understanding of content implementation to build and manage web pages using modern CMS platforms like Webflow and/or Contentful.
- Basic understanding of SEO and emerging GEO best practices such as meta tags and alt text.
- Familiarity and experience with AI tools and a curiosity to learn new ways of accelerating workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
