Job Description
The role involves designing high-stakes presentations and visual storytelling for executive-level and company-wide communications, supporting flagship events, and collaborating cross-functionally to craft clear, impactful narratives that support business goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality presentations for leadership, flagship events, and sales enablement that translate complex technical concepts into clear visual stories.
- Support event production by providing end-to-end assistance for presenters at flagship events, including rehearsals and onsite execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive Communications to refine narratives and visual clarity.
- Maintain and evolve presentation templates, narrative frameworks, and brand guidelines, exploring emerging tools like AI to enhance storytelling and scale design systems.
- Develop and manage self-serve tools, templates, and resource libraries to empower teams across the organization to create on-brand communications.
- Lead trainings and enablement sessions to scale design quality and consistency organization-wide.
- Champion and embed company cultural principles such as customer success, long-term thinking, inclusivity, and teamwork into design practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications design, presentation design, product design, or brand design.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments, ideally supporting enterprise sales enablement or product marketing.
- Expert proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma.
- Strong design fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, layout, visual clarity, and a deep understanding of brand systems.
- A portfolio showcasing complex narrative design and high-stakes presentation work.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Experience with motion design, animation, Cinema 4D, Lottie, or illustration.
- Proven ability to navigate multi-layered feedback from senior executives.
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging tools to scale design systems and improve workflow efficiency.
