Job Description

This role involves partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, develop insights, and drive initiatives that enhance sales growth and efficiency within a technology-driven company focused on IoT solutions for physical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks
  • Develop and implement initiatives to scale sales performance and productivity to meet growth targets
  • Analyze sales team performance and maintain analytical models for forecasting and productivity assessment
  • Support business activities and prepare executive materials such as memos, slides, and business reviews
  • Identify growth risks and develop action plans to mitigate them
  • Embed and promote the company's cultural principles within the team

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of work experience in a management consulting firm and/or as a Sales Operations Business Operations or Financial Analyst.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects on a tight deadline.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Advanced decision-making, analytical, and logical reasoning skills, including the ability to be proactive and adapt quickly.
  • Kind and collaborative orientation who is energized by working with a lot of different types of people from many teams.
  • Deep comfort with analytical tools such as Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Databricks, and/or willingness to expand skill set to tackle new problems.
  • Experience working with sales leadership and partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and enthusiastic about improving efficiencies to increase sales.
  • Fully fluent in English.
