Job Description

The role involves developing strategic relationships and managing complex enterprise sales to promote Samsara's IoT solutions for physical operations, with a focus on customer success, long-term growth, and transforming industries through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic accounts
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting to closing
  • Demonstrate solution-based sales in complex sales campaigns
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams to support sales efforts
  • Focus on customer success and building long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement, in complex accounts, with 1 million USD ARR transactions.
  • Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships.
  • Strategic pursuit experience and comfort with targeted prospecting, including winning new logos with a Hunter mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in French and very good English language skills.
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
  • Ability to own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to demonstrate an excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
  • Experience mobilizing a large matrix virtual team of business stakeholders including Operations, Finance, IT, Solution Engineers, and Account Development Representatives.
  • Ability to focus on customer success, build for the long term, adopt a growth mindset, be inclusive, and win as a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to visit customers onsite across the region as required.
