Job Description

This role involves engaging with small to medium-sized customers to sell IoT solutions that enhance operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability across various industries, through a high-volume, transactional sales process focused on building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer engagements from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Target and manage accounts with 11-30 vehicles, handling high-volume transactional sales.
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a closing sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience selling in the commercial space with small to medium deal sizes.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Experience in fast-paced, transactional sales environments with high volume demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and own the entire transactional sales process.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Ability to generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads.
  • Experience targeting accounts with 11-30 vehicles.
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with customers and demonstrate earned trust over time.
  • Willingness to learn about various industries such as waste management, food distribution, etc., to support sales efforts.
  • Ability to own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to closing.
  • Willingness to put in the work to learn about businesses where prior knowledge is limited.
  • Ability to work remotely within the US and meet any location-specific requirements if applicable.
  • Legal right to work in the United States and maintain employment eligibility.
