Key Responsibilities
Samsara is seeking a talented and driven Account Development Manager. You will thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoy the challenges of working in an innovative and fast-moving business. You have a deep understanding of outbound sales and prospecting, a passion for coaching and developing others, a will to build processes and culture, and a committed focus on improving the process of prospecting. This position will be based in London (HQ) and you will be managing a team of ADRs that support the UK&I market.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in our London office and 3 days working remotely. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
Hire Account Development Representatives (ADRs) and develop them into Samsara future sales athletes
Coach ADRs to improve strategic prospecting skills and exceed targets
Develop and sustain a high-performance team culture
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Enablement) to optimize pipeline and revenue creation and meet the needs of the business
Develop and implement strong processes and a systematic approach to team management
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience with a track record of success
Deep familiarity with prospecting processes
Familiarity with prospecting tech stack (e.g. Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong)
Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
Previous experience as ADR and/or AE in a SaaS company
2+ years experience in a leadership role
