Job Description
A part-time Sourcing Recruiter responsible for identifying and building a network of promising deep tech startups and talent in areas like quantum, advanced manufacturing, energy, and materials, with a focus on early detection of high-potential companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Map recruiting markets and identify potential candidates in deep tech sectors.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts across quantum, manufacturing, energy, and materials industries.
- Identify promising startups and talent early through pattern recognition and market analysis.
Requirements
- Ability to dedicate approximately 10-15 hours per week to the role.
- Experience or ability to perform recruiting mapping in markets related to deep tech sectors such as quantum, advanced manufacturing, energy, and advanced materials.
- Strong pattern-recognition skills to identify potential high-growth startups or 'unicorns' early in their development.
- Ability to build and maintain a network across multiple deep tech areas including quantum, advanced manufacturing, energy, and advanced materials.
- Demonstrated capability to spot outliers early in the market or industry trends relevant to deep tech sectors.
