Job Description
An Associate, Venture Creation at Roadrunner Venture Studios helps identify, shape, and launch deep-tech startups by analyzing technologies, exploring new markets, and transforming ideas into investable ventures, supporting the development of breakthrough innovations in energy, clean tech, manufacturing, and computing.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as science, technology, engineering, business, or related areas.
- Experience in analyzing technologies, markets, or startups, preferably in deep technology sectors such as energy, clean tech, advanced manufacturing, or next-generation compute.
- Ability to identify, shape, and help launch new ventures by transforming big ideas into investable startups.
- Experience working at the intersection of science, technology, and business, including diving into new markets and analyzing emerging technologies.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation and demonstrates conviction in decision-making.
- Willingness to learn continuously, think boldly, and contribute to building innovative companies.
