Job Description
The Client Solutions Manager at RES is responsible for marketing ecological restoration and resilience projects, building client relationships, managing project opportunities, and representing the company in the Northern Virginia region to promote environmental solutions and secure business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote integrated delivery projects related to mitigation, water quality, and resilience to prospects and clients in Northern Virginia.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities by managing external relationships and leading proposal development and deal structuring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track permitting timelines, manage project components, and align resources for project pursuit and execution.
- Represent RES at industry conferences, forums, and client meetings to build relationships and promote restoration solutions.
- Guide internal teams on project pursuit strategies and communicate financial summaries to clients to bring deals from concept to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with a multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
- Experience assessing and managing project timelines, identifying risks, and aligning teams to meet deliverables
- Experience interpreting financial models and communicating the financial health of deals
- Experience with contracts and key provisions, with legal awareness in deal structuring
