Job Description
The Sr. Client Solutions Manager at RES is responsible for developing business in ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience projects across the Gulf Coast region, building client relationships, leading project pursuits, and representing the company at industry events to drive environmental impact and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience solutions within assigned markets.
- Manage external relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners to facilitate project development and deal closing.
- Lead proposal development, deal structuring, and manage permitting timelines to support project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams across design, regulatory, finance, and construction to bring projects from concept to completion.
- Represent RES at conferences, industry forums, and client meetings to promote solutions and build industry presence.
- Track project permits, understand deal components, and coordinate cross-functional resources for project delivery.
- Travel regionally to visit project sites, meet with regulators and clients, and participate in industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Six (6) years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with a multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
- Experience structuring deals and assessing their financial health
- Experience with contracts and key provisions, with legal awareness in deal structuring
- Experience supporting ecological restoration projects via Clean Water Act (CWA), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), and/or Public Works
