Job Description
The Resource Efficiency Manager II is responsible for supporting energy sustainability initiatives at naval installations by reducing energy consumption, enhancing resource resilience, and implementing cost-saving projects to meet Navy energy goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reduce energy consumption at naval installations
- Improve resource resilience

- Support the achievement of Navy Region Northwest's energy goals
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives related to climate and energy change
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience playing a vital role in achieving energy goals related to sustainability initiatives within naval installations, including reducing energy consumption, improving resource resilience, and implementing cost-saving projects.
- The candidate must possess a high level of skill and motivation relevant to resource efficiency management, with the ability to support government clients with innovative and impactful solutions in climate and energy change.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to support multiple naval bases, specifically Naval Base Kitsap, Naval Base Everett, and NAS Whidbey Island, in their energy and sustainability initiatives.
- The candidate must be capable of playing a key role in supporting the Navy Region Northwest's energy goals through resource efficiency strategies.
