Job Description
The SkillBridge Intern 2025 at Redhorse Corporation offers transitioning service members hands-on experience in areas such as national security, cyber analytics, and federal services, supporting mission-critical projects while receiving mentorship and professional development to prepare for post-military careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support real, impactful roles across core practice areas such as Cyber Analytics, National Security, and Federal Enterprise Services
- Contribute to client delivery and internal corporate initiatives
- Engage in hands-on work aligned with personal skills, interests, and career goals
- Participate in mentorship and professional development activities
Requirements
- Candidates must be participating in or eligible for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program and be transitioning service members or veterans.
- Candidates must be willing to support roles across one or more of the following core practice areas: Corporate Operations, Cyber Analytics, National Security, and Federal Enterprise Services.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant skills, interests, and career goals aligned with the internship roles.
- Candidates must be willing to receive mentorship and gain hands-on experience in a high-performance environment.
- Candidates must be able to participate in a tailored onboarding process based on their background and interests.
- Candidates must be able to support client delivery or contribute to internal corporate initiatives.
- Candidates must be committed to a mission-driven culture that values innovation, collaboration, and putting people first.
- Candidates must be able to engage in professional development activities and have a pathway to full-time employment after the internship.
