Job Description
The Program Manager will lead and oversee a high-impact technology project within the Intelligence Community, ensuring successful contract execution, technical excellence, and achievement of complex mission objectives to support national security efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary leader and customer liaison for a high-impact technology project within the Intelligence Community
- Provide disciplined oversight of contract execution
- Foster an environment of technical excellence and innovative problem-solving
- Ensure complex mission objectives are met efficiently
- Empower and lead a diverse team of professionals to deliver their best work in support of national security
Requirements
- Experience serving as a Program Manager for high-impact technology projects within the Intelligence Community or similar government agencies.
- Proven ability to serve as the primary leader and customer liaison for complex projects, including contract execution and disciplined oversight.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to ensure complex mission objectives are met with efficiency.
- Ability to foster an environment where technical excellence and innovative problem-solving thrive.
- Experience managing diverse teams of professionals to deliver their best work in support of national security missions.
