Key Responsibilities
Design and configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management rules to ensure global policy compliance
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enhancements for Time and Absence modules, from requirements to deployment
Collaborate with Payroll and People Ops to optimize calculations, resolve system issues, and ensure data integrity
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for real-time workforce insights
Evaluate Workday releases to identify and implement new features that improve workflows and user experience
Requirements
Expert technical mastery of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, including complex accrual calculations, eligibility rules, business process framework, and security.
Proven ability to manage multi-country leave requirements and global payroll integrations within a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
Advanced technical skills in configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, including designing and configuring complex rules and ensuring global policy alignment and local compliance.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot intricate system dependencies and translate ambiguous business needs into scalable technical architecture.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Finance to drive consensus on global process standardization.
Ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office, in compliance with company policies.
