A Workday Analyst responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the Time Absence and Core HCM modules within the Workday system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and ensure system compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday Time Absence solutions, including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
Analyze business rules and local regulations to translate them into system configurations.
Optimize workflows by automating manual tasks and improving user experience through reporting and dashboards.
Monitor system performance and resolve Time Absence-related issues such as accrual discrepancies and leave calculations.
Support system compliance with security and data privacy requirements.
Participate in Workday releases, assess new features, and recommend adoption strategies.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support processes and integrations related to Time Absence.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for Time Absence tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system configurations and integrations.
Requirements
Experience working with Workday configuration, with a strong focus on Time Absence including eligibility rules, accruals, absence plans, and time tracking.
Strong understanding of Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, reporting, and integrations.
Ability to gather requirements, analyze business rules, and deliver scalable and compliant solutions related to Time Absence processes.
Experience working in Agile environments and with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
Experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, including SLA management, ticket triaging, and HR case handling.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply sound judgment to complex issues.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR, Payroll, and IT functions.
Ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across time zones to support delivery of shared initiatives.
Work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies (in-office requirement).
