Job Description
The Workday Analyst will optimize and enhance the Workday system to support talent management strategies within the HR Technology team, focusing on configuration, integration, and collaboration with HR stakeholders to improve business processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement solutions within Workday and the HR technical ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain calculated fields, business processes, condition rules, and advanced reports.
- Create custom integrations and advanced development solutions using Workday Studio and Workday Extend.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements within the Workday ecosystem.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support organizational goals such as leadership development and skills tracking.
- Optimize business processes by enhancing workflows and automating manual tasks.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement updates and enhancements.
- Ensure system compliance with security and data privacy requirements.
- Participate in Workday releases and recommend adoption strategies for Talent Management modules.
- Deliver seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for Workday Talent Management tools.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Talent Management functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on Talent Management modules.
- Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, and reporting.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in Workday Talent Management or other Workday modules.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in talent acquisition, performance, and career development.
- Experience in Agile development environments, including ServiceNow and Jira.
- Willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure's policies.
