A Technical Services Engineer Representative at Pure Storage is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues related to hardware and software, performing implementation tasks, and providing excellent customer support to ensure smooth operation of data storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues across all severity levels.
Perform implementation tasks such as software and hardware upgrades and RMA dispatch.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and share knowledge through documentation.
Manage multiple support cases simultaneously and communicate effectively with customers.
Proactively understand customer expectations and champion their issues internally.
Work from the Bangalore office in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
Hands on experience in customer-facing and or technical support support work
Must be willing to work in shifts
Experience with customer service and or exceptional interpersonal skills
General technical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to take initiative
Willing to work collaboratively and be an active team player
Desire to learn, grow and seek continuous improvement
Good communication, organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical education preferred, not required
