The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of technical candidates across the AMER region, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and market insights to support the company's hiring goals and promote an inclusive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage candidates for GSO roles across the AMER region, building and maintaining top-of-funnel pipelines.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels, including professional networks, alumni groups, diversity organizations, events, referrals, and social platforms.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and conduct initial assessments to evaluate fit.
Serve as an ambassador for the company by providing an inclusive, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.
Provide market insights and recommendations related to talent availability, competitive landscape, and sourcing feasibility.
Maintain accurate and current data in recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones to ensure alignment and execution of hiring goals.

Serve as an ambassador for Pure Storage by delivering an inclusive, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.
Provide market insights and recommendations related to talent availability, competitive landscape, and sourcing feasibility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across time zones to ensure alignment and execution against hiring goals.
Work from the local Pure office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in deep-dive research, which could be in recruiting, market research, or investigative journalism.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, including the ability to understand new technologies or trace hard-to-find candidates.
Exhibit market hunger with a competitive and resilient mindset, thriving on engaging passive candidates who are not actively seeking new roles.
Have an analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information quickly, such as technical job descriptions or niche market reports.
Possess strategic communication skills to engage high-level talent and craft standout outreach messages.
