The Subscription Services Representative supports customer renewal processes, manages subscription accounts, and fosters customer relationships to maximize revenue and renewal rates within a tech company's renewals team.
Key Responsibilities
Support and manage renewal processes for assigned customer territory to maximize renewal and attach rates
Coordinate with channel partners and account managers to promote subscription opportunities and resolve issues
Develop and implement renewal strategies and processes for the territory
Forecast and track subscription pipeline activity using Salesforce
Research and validate installed base reports to inform renewal decisions
Manage existing programs to increase revenue and resolve contract issues
Communicate company messages and value propositions effectively to customers and partners
Identify at-risk accounts and develop plans to mitigate risks and secure renewals
Quote renewal opportunities and develop programs to encourage renewal activity
Collaborate with marketing to create initiatives that promote renewal and customer engagement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 2 years of prior subscription sales experience
At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
High integrity, ethics, and humility
Ability to build and maintain credibility with all cross functional teams
Industry knowledge preferred
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-starter who ambitiously pursues improvement
Solid Salesforce aptitude
Advanced computer skills required, e.g., Excel, MS Access, SQL queries
Inventory installed base management experience is a plus
Organizational and follow-up skills, problem solving, and analytical skills
Desire to grow with the company
Proven track record of success
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
