Job Description
A software engineer role focused on developing and enhancing virtualization plugins for high-performance storage solutions, ensuring seamless integration with virtualization platforms like vSphere and Veeam. The position involves designing new features, solving complex problems, and working collaboratively to improve storage virtualization technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features and technologies for virtualization integrations.
- Own and deliver virtualization plugins end-to-end, from concept to production.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems across virtualization platforms with a focus on simplicity and scalability.
- Enable seamless integration of FlashArray into virtualization environments for customers.
Requirements
- Experience working with a systems programming language such as Java, C, or C++
- Practical engagement in any systems software domain, which may include distributed systems, operating systems, Linux kernel, database internals, hypervisors, containers, or compiler optimization
- A background in embedded programming and storage systems can further enhance your impact within our team
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work onsite at the Prague office in compliance with company policies
