Job Description
This role involves developing enterprise-grade software and leading the creation of a scalable AI Data platform to revolutionize AI infrastructure, focusing on distributed systems, AI technologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and ship high-quality enterprise-grade software for AI infrastructure
- Lead the development of distributed systems ensuring reliability and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and influence design decisions
- Apply AI engineering expertise, including knowledge of LLMs and transformer architecture, to solve complex problems
- Own the software development process from inception and guide engineering teams
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping high-quality, enterprise-grade software.
- Expertise in systems engineering and a strong background in AI.
- Proven capability and interest in developing software from scratch and leading engineering teams.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: Python, Go, Rust, or C.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate customer problems into technical designs.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary range: 175,000 - 350,000 USD
