Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform solutions based on complex business requirements.
Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
Evaluate new ServiceNow features, integrations, and process improvements, providing recommendations and implementing them.
Conduct design reviews, guide delivery teams on complex integrations and data models, and reduce technical debt.
Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to solution delivery teams, ensuring technical standards and platform health.
Requirements
Expert-level architecture and design skills on the ServiceNow platform, capable of defining end-to-end solutions for key business areas like IT, HR, or Customer Experience (CX).
Deep technical proficiency in ServiceNow capabilities, including advanced workflow automation, complex third-party integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, and platform data model design.
Experience in translating complex business requirements from Product Owners into sustainable, scalable, and high-performing technical designs across core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and FSM.
Ability to establish and govern architectural standards and best practices for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring security, future-proofing, and alignment with the overall enterprise roadmap.
Proven experience in evaluating new ServiceNow features, integrations, and process improvements, and presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, with the ability to implement them with delivery teams.
Experience conducting comprehensive design reviews, guiding delivery teams on complex integration patterns and data models, and championing technical debt reduction efforts.
Ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor and mentor to solution delivery teams, fostering technical excellence and ensuring design decisions balance speed of delivery with long-term platform health and maintainability.
In-office work experience in Santa Clara, with compliance to company policies regarding work location, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Demonstrated consulting and influence skills necessary to articulate and present complex technical designs to both highly technical and non-technical business leaders and stakeholders.
Strategic leadership and mentorship abilities to guide and coach solution delivery teams, ensuring technical standards are met and fostering a culture of platform excellence.
