The role involves developing and executing automated tests to ensure high-quality software in large-scale storage environments, collaborating with teams to design testing strategies, and identifying and resolving software defects in a dynamic, in-office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automated tests throughout the application development lifecycle
Create, develop, and maintain automated test sets and strategies for various products
Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify requirements and develop comprehensive testing solutions
Work closely with Support and Escalation teams to replicate issues and identify root causes
Identify, analyze, and document defects discovered during automated testing
Proactively identify test gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and address customer-reported defects
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience in software system testing or equivalent.
Proficiency in system testing with a strong emphasis on end-to-end automation.
Hands-on experience in automation using Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, and/or similar programming languages.
Experience in qualifying enterprise products in cloud and container platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Familiarity with VMware, Disaster recovery, and Data protection.
Familiarity with SAN or NAS systems.
Ability to independently deploy and maintain test environments.

Salary range: 175,000 - 263,000 USD annually
