Job Description

The role involves leading sales enablement initiatives for EMEA and LATAM regions, developing and delivering training programs, supporting sales teams to improve their effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and tools in support of the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales enablement programs for EMEA LATAM regions
  • Create and deliver ongoing sales training to transform account executives into trusted advisors
  • Develop targeted enablement initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and recommend improvements
  • Design and implement continuous learning strategies and curricula for sales teams
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and propose strategies to address challenges in sales markets
  • Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies to improve sales team efficiency
  • Ensure sales teams understand the Pure as-a-service model, including value proposition and pricing
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales enablement strategies
  • Coach and support sales teams to improve performance and achieve sales targets
  • Manage regional stakeholder relationships and influence enablement initiatives
  • Facilitate and tailor global enablement programs for regional needs
  • Curate regional enablement plans and provide feedback to global teams
  • Promote and socialize enablement tools and platforms within the region
  • Track regional sales metrics and report on enablement effectiveness
  • Collaborate with role-specific project managers to provide regional context and insights

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in sales enablement roles for a minimum of 8-10 years, showcasing a proven track record in enhancing sales effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated history of achievement in roles related to sales enablement or sales training, with experience in the technology or software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sector.
  • Previous leadership or managerial roles within sales enablement, illustrating the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and sales operations.
  • Extensive background in developing and delivering impactful sales training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying intricate concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Track record of driving change management initiatives within a sales organization, with the ability to adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs through thorough data analysis and metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree in a related field is considered a plus.
