Job Description
The role involves developing and managing reseller partnerships in France, driving sales through channel strategies, supporting partner growth, and collaborating with internal teams to promote Pure Storage's products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage reseller relationships in France
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive revenue
- Create strategies to maximize sell-through of Pure products within channel partners
- Manage and serve as the main point of contact for partners
- Drive partners to maximize sales through pipeline contribution, training, and support
- Conduct contract negotiations and define partner business plans
- Perform regular business performance reviews with partners
- Execute channel programs to generate partner-led opportunities and deal registrations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and a proven track record developing Reseller Channels in France.
- Experience working closely with a network of Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to successfully position, market, and sell the Pure Storage platform in assigned accounts.
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
- BA degree in business, marketing, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
- Passion for pre-sales and post-sales customer success.
- Knowledge of the storage industry, specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures.
- Native bilingual French language skills and business professional English language skills.
