Job Description
This role involves managing internal employee communications, including project coordination, survey analysis, channel management, and creating communication resources, to enhance engagement and alignment within a dynamic tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure the timely execution of internal communication campaigns across functions
- Manage communication requests and maintain the communications calendar
- Support the planning and analysis of the annual employee survey and compile results
- Oversee management of communication channels and tools, including internal email and survey platforms
- Create and maintain a communications resource center with templates and examples
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal communications through metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of experience in project management or internal communications, with a focus on initiative launches, project management, or program management
- Strong relationship-building skills with proven competence in executing projects alongside cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a bias for action both at an individual and cross-functional level
- Organizational skills to independently manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Strategic and creative thinking skills capable of quickly solving problems
- High standards for operational excellence, including monitoring email open rates, clickthroughs, and impressions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate strategy and rationale
- Ability to occasionally lead and ensure the timely execution of internal communication campaigns, collaborating across functions
- Experience in managing communication channels and tools, including overseeing admin access to internal email tools and building out employee surveys
- Ability to help create and maintain a communications resource center, such as an internal site with templates and examples
- Experience supporting employee surveys, including carrying out annual surveys and pulling together results decks
- Willingness to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with company policies
