We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our Data Management business unit in Santa Clara, working across the Everpure Data Intelligence (formerly 1touch.io) product and additional Everpure products and solutions. You’ll report directly to the Principal Product Manager. This is a hands-on, end-to-end ownership role: you’ll take products and projects from discovery through release and post-launch iteration, working closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customers.
We’re looking for someone with a strong reporting, dash boarding and customer-centric experience and a background in data management — someone who can go deep with engineering on data models, UX and persona-based reporting, and is equally comfortable carrying that fluency into customer-facing conversations.
• Own one or more products or product areas end to end — discovery, requirements, prioritisation, release, and post-launch iteration.
• Lead customer discovery — interviews, design partner programmes, and on-site sessions — and translate findings into clear, prioritised product requirements.
• Represent product in customer meetings, technical deep dives, prospect calls, and partner reviews. Be the person customers and SEs come to with deeper product questions.
• Work cross-functionally with GTM, customer success, and support to ship features that actually land — including enablement materials, documentation, and feedback loops.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and executive readouts, and help shape how we communicate technical progress to leadership and customers.
• Work with Design and Engineering to build both in-product reports as well as exports consumable by third party BI/datalake technologies.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
• 3+ years of product management experience shipping software products end to end.
• Strong technical foundation in at least one of: data security, data governance, data cataloguing or lineage, classification, data engineering, data science, or AI/genAI applied to data.
• Hands-on familiarity with dashboarding and reporting products like PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, Bigquery and more
• Ability to engage credibly with engineers on architecture and trade-offs, and with customers on technical depth without losing the business context.
