Key Responsibilities
Partner with Japan leadership to diagnose organizational needs and develop workforce strategies aligned with global GTM objectives
Design and deliver scalable coaching frameworks for performance management and employee relations
Develop dashboards and analytics to track workforce trends and program effectiveness for executive decision-making
Identify organizational hurdles and implement scalable HR solutions through cross-functional projects
Implement and localize global HR programs and policies within the Japan region
Requirements
Professional fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Japanese and English is essential to bridge communication between local leadership and global stakeholders.
Extensive experience navigating organizational complexity and influencing executive-level decisions through a business-first lens, particularly within high-growth or technology environments.
A proven ability to mentor leaders through performance management and organizational design, with the agility to shift between high-level strategy and hands-on operational execution.
Strong proficiency in workforce data technology and analytics platforms, with the ability to translate raw data into compelling recommendations and actionable people solutions.
Demonstrated competence in leading change management initiatives and thriving in unstructured environments where scalable processes can be built from the ground up.
Work from the Tokyo office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
