Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and test firmware for DirectFlash SSD Modules
Lead the bring-up and integration of new hardware components
Investigate and debug complex firmware and hardware issues
Develop failure analysis tools and processes to ensure product reliability
Automate development workflows, including continuous integration and testing
Requirements
A strong foundation in firmware development for embedded systems, with a deep understanding of hardware and software interactions.
Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
Experience with scripting languages like Python for testing, automation, and tooling.
Hands-on experience with embedded software or firmware, including microcontrollers and hardware bring-up.
Proven ability to debug complex firmware and hardware issues and develop effective tools for failure analysis.
Experience in designing, implementing, and testing firmware for storage modules or similar hardware components.
Experience leading the bring-up and integration of new hardware components, developing low-level firmware features to enable next-generation storage products.
Ability to investigate and debug complex firmware and hardware issues, creating advanced failure analysis tools and processes to ensure product reliability.
Experience automating internal development workflows, including continuous integration and automated testing, to accelerate engineering and release cycles.
Work in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies.
