Job Description
A Senior Finance Manager role focused on partnering with the Americas Sales team to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, deal support, and forecasting to drive business success in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Americas Sales leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with deal desk and sales teams on complex deal structuring and commercial support
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting processes, analyzing business trends and metrics
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and expense management activities, including Expense-to-Bookings reporting
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial analysis and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, and HR to align resources and deliver results
Requirements
- Proven experience in FP&A and GTM Finance supporting a Sales organization, highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with experience building dashboards and automating data analytics.
- Experience with systems and tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, NetSuite, Callidus, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and present key insights to management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
