Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of transformative IT architecture for enterprise systems.
Partner with delivery teams to migrate legacy systems to modern, scalable platforms.
Serve as the architectural expert for large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture blueprints.
Ensure solutions support modern subscription-based business models, including billing and revenue recognition.
Manage end-to-end ERP, SCM, and business process solutions across finance, order management, inventory, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.
Collaborate with global teams and external vendors to deploy and operate large-scale applications.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
A Master’s degree is required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative technical field.
A minimum of 15 years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT, with a significant and verifiable emphasis on designing large-scale, globally-deployed enterprise applications and highly integrated platforms.
Deep, practical understanding of the complexities, architecture, and processes required for modern subscription-based business models, including billing, usage metering, contract management, and revenue recognition.
End-to-End ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Processes and Solutions expertise, including core processes, data models, and solutions for Finance, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
Experience with leading tier-one ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly desirable.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture blueprints and deliverable specifications for subscription management, ERP, and SCM solutions.
Demonstrated ability to act as the architectural partner and subject matter expert for major, multi-year transformative projects, including migrating legacy systems to future-proof platforms with minimal disruption.
Excellent collaboration skills with a proven track record of partnering with diverse, global teams including Enterprise Application IT, Infrastructure, Business Operations, and external vendors to deploy and operate large-scale applications effectively.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts and architectural decisions to executive leadership, technical teams, and non-technical business stakeholders.
Strong influencing skills, strategic narrative abilities, and technical credibility to drive adoption and support of cross-functional, transformative initiatives across virtual and matrixed teams.
A proactive mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement, with a commitment to staying current with advancements in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
