Job Description
A software engineer role focused on developing and enhancing virtualization plugins for high-performance storage solutions, ensuring seamless integration with virtualization platforms like vSphere and Veeam, and solving complex system software challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features and technologies for virtualization integrations.
- Own and deliver virtualization plugins end-to-end, from concept to deployment.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems across virtualization platforms with a focus on simplicity and scalability.
- Enable seamless integration of FlashArray into virtualization environments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience working with a systems programming language such as C or C++
- Practical engagement in any systems software domain, which may include distributed systems, operating systems, Linux kernel, database internals, hypervisors, containers, or compiler optimization
- A background in embedded programming and storage systems (preferred but not explicitly mandatory, included as a related experience)
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work onsite at the Prague office in compliance with company policies
