Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end optimization of subscription operational lifecycle for Foundation and Forever offerings.
Design, configure, and implement new subscription renewal products and features within the tech stack, including Salesforce CPQ and billing systems like Zuora.
Analyze renewal and feature release processes to develop data-driven strategies for efficiency and speed.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams.
Serve as the operational subject matter expert for subscription renewal processes and product catalog, ensuring organizational alignment and adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, finance, and IT to resolve configuration issues and drive process improvements.
Requirements
Proven, hands-on expertise in product operations and process management within an enterprise subscription, SaaS, or Cloud business model, with a practical understanding of hardware product configuration complexity.
Demonstrated functional mastery of CRM, CPQ, and Order-to-Cash systems, with a strong emphasis on leading configuration efforts in Salesforce CPQ and the ability to independently define, document, and validate complex business requirements for system enhancements.
Deep functional expertise in subscription operations, including product operations and process management within an enterprise subscription, SaaS, or Cloud business model.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to independently navigate high levels of ambiguity, manage multiple complex, parallel initiatives, and translate sophisticated operational data and KPIs into clear, strategic business decisions.
Highly effective collaboration and communication skills necessary to influence and drive consensus across multiple senior stakeholders, including Product, Finance, and IT teams, and to clearly and persuasively convey complex process changes.
