The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Pure is responsible for generating high-quality sales pipelines through outbound and inbound lead qualification, account research, and strategic outreach to drive market penetration and support regional sales growth in the UK Commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Generate high-value pipeline through outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound leads
Conduct account research and territory planning to identify decision-makers and personalize outreach
Partner with Account Executives to move qualified prospects into active sales opportunities
Utilize sales enablement tools to track engagement, analyze performance, and maintain data integrity
Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience in sales, with a consistent track record of results in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and penetrate net-new accounts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to articulate Pure s business value to multiple IT personas.
Strong organisation and time management skills able to prioritise effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS degree).
Ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Staines-Upon-Thames office in compliance with Pure s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
