Job Description
The Supply Chain Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and leading a global regulatory compliance program to ensure ethical sourcing, risk mitigation, and adherence to international laws related to trade, human rights, and environmental standards within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and govern a comprehensive supply chain compliance program aligned with global regulations
- Execute risk assessments and control systems to identify, remediate, and monitor liabilities in the supplier network
- Translate regulatory changes into actionable business strategies and serve as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
- Develop policies and metrics for ESG, due diligence, and ethical sourcing audits in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Synthesize compliance data into executive-level insights and KPIs to monitor global risk posture and program effectiveness
Requirements
- Deep expertise in global supply chain regulatory frameworks, including a sophisticated understanding of forced labor laws, trade compliance, human rights due diligence, and environmental social impact requirements.
- Proven track record of building and scaling compliance programs within a fast-paced hardware or manufacturing environment, with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to audit-ready status.
- Strategic communication and policy-writing skills, specifically the ability to distill intricate legal requirements into clear, accessible guidance for diverse global teams and external partners.
- Analytical mastery and technical proficiency in using data visualization and reporting tools to track compliance trends, classify commodities, and drive data-informed risk mitigation strategies.
- Resourceful, collaborative leadership style with a detail-oriented mindset that thrives when navigating the intersection of manufacturing operations, risk management, and ethical governance.
- Ability and willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary range: 153,999 - 230,000 USD
