As a member of Everpure’s Global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Attraction Specialist plays a pivotal role in scaling our Global Sales Organization (GSO). You won't just be filling seats; you will be architecting forward-looking pipelines for Sales Talent that directly fuel Everpure’s sales long-term growth.
Own the talent attraction strategy for the sales profiles that drive EverPure's revenue, from niche AI and PubSec roles to Strategic Account GTM leaders. You'll build now and build ahead, creating warm benches and long-term pipelines while delivering a white-glove experience that makes top talent choose us.
• Proactively source and engage candidates for Sales roles across the AMER region, with a strong focus on building and maintaining top-of-funnel pipelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and non-traditional channels, including professional networks, alumni groups, diversity-focused organizations, events, referrals, and social platforms.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.
• Engage passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach and conduct initial assessments to evaluate alignment with role requirements and competencies.
• Serve as an ambassador for Pure Storage by delivering an inclusive, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and recommendations related to talent availability, competitive landscape, and sourcing feasibility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across time zones to ensure alignment and execution against hiring goals.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the local Pure office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
• 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth or technology-focused environment.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for technical, product, or engineering-adjacent roles.
• Strong understanding of passive candidate engagement and long-cycle sourcing strategies.
• Natural curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new domains and translate that knowledge into effective talent assessments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise recruiters and hiring managers.
• Excellent prioritization and self-management skills, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and time zones while maintaining strong communication and accountability.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
