This role involves developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth and build customer relationships within the Enterprise segment, primarily focusing on pipeline acceleration and regional business expansion in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and own the integrated marketing plan for the Enterprise segment to generate pipeline and meet regional bookings targets
Serve as the marketing liaison to sales and channel partners, providing tools and resources to maximize market impact
Lead the full campaign lifecycle, including localizing global content and managing multi-channel initiatives
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
Manage regional marketing budgets and partner MDF programs to ensure strategic resource allocation
Requirements
Demonstrated success developing and scaling B2B marketing programs, with demonstrated success in Enterprise marketing.
Expertise in creating and executing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives that result in new customer acquisition and sustained business growth.
A strong analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics and market trends into compelling business cases and actionable marketing strategy.
Exceptional execution capabilities and the proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while collaborating effectively with all levels of management, peers, and external partners.
Experience with key tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, Allocadia, and NetSuite (preferred but not mandatory).
Must be flexible and willing to travel to various locations, including international destinations if needed, up to 50% of the time.
